Membership Dues Dues for 2012 are $250 per couple and $125 for single members. Dues are set annually by the Planning Committee and are based on current food prices, facility rental, and band/DJ fees. Members may not attend a dance until full dues and any applicable late fees are paid. Dues will be used for parties of the entire club membership only. (Planning parties scheduled by the Committee will be funded by the members of the Committee.) All members of the Planning Committee pay the full amount of dues and do not accept a discount. Dues must be mailed prior to the first dance to: Mark & Lisa Thompson, 6248 East Center, Petersboro, UT 84325 Late Fees Any member failing to pay dues by the first dance of the year, whether or not that member is in attendance, will be charged a late fee of $25. If dues and late fees are not paid within 30 days of the first dance, the member may be dropped from membership. Such vacancy will be filled from the waiting list. Guest Policy Guests are always welcome and encouraged to attend all dances with members. Please confirm available space with a Dance Club Committee member. You are responsible for payment for any reservation that you make. You or your guests may pay for their reservation. However, if they do not attend or if cancellation of their reservation is made less than 72 hours prior to the dance, the member will be responsible for payment. Guests will be announced/introduced at the beginning of each dance. Guest Fees Guest fees are $80 per couple for the first three dances and $85 per couple for the holiday dance in December. (Individual guest fees are $45 for the first three dances and $50 for the holiday dance in December.) New Members We continue to encourage a full membership roster. Please invite your friends, family, colleagues and others who may be interested, to join our fun and fabulous Dance Club. New members who join mid-year will have their dues prorated. Forward contact information to any Planning Committee member or complete the online form under "Contact Us." RSVP Required 1 Week in Advance Plan to know whether you will be attending by one week prior to each dance. A committee member will call you one week prior to each dance to get your RSVP for that dance and a count of any guests that will be coming with you. If you miss the call, please return phone messages promptly. If you indicate you will be in attendance, but do not attend the dance, you will be charged a $25 fee. Dance Lessons We are delighted that Delia Loosle and her husband Mike have agreed to once again teach a few new dance steps to interested members early in the evening at each of our dances.
